The rooms are big with two showers and toilets. No windows to the outside, only toward the inside court. Location is the best, right on the big sqare. Breakfast is only ok. I was expecting a better breakfast. But the staff is wonderful. Treat you like kings. They let us stay and use all of the hotels' facilities even after we checked out until our flight.

Everything was perfect !!! Especially hamza the waiter from breakfast he was so helpful and amazing he did a really good job. I would definitely make him the restaurant manager so professional as he is. The best receptionist was chaima always there for us explaining everything with perfection. Honestly I stayed 5 days and it was the best hotel experience in my Life. I want to stay more unfortunately not possible. You can enter the shopping center from the hotel, the pool looks like a beach. The Breakfast amazing Especially the woman who makes the msemen she really do good work and it taste amazing, you should give her definitely a raise. It was an amazing experience to stay at this spectacular property. The hotel is elegant without being over the top. The ambiance is fantastic and completely relaxing. I stayed there for one week by myself to relax and i truly had an amazing time. The villa is very beautiful designed, view and nature are absolutely amazing. The staff are fantastic and so kind, especially Ucef & Mehdi really made me feel home and very comfortable. Compliments to the chef too, the food was very good. Got in and offered dinner straight away, Abdel then waited for us to book in the excursions. We had a full Hamam and spa, the ladies who are in the Hamam were so good OMG! Massage was nice with a little swim after. Got to to the room to find fruit basket (wasn’t that fresh looking) and snacks left which we wasn’t expecting so was such a sweet gesture!

We visited for 5 days as a couple never been to Morocco everything was great we found our way around easy enough and managed to fit in what we wanted to do within the 5 days We visited the Atlas Mountains which were great views Hot air balloon ride was amazing well worth the early start to catch the sunrise We also took a guided tour around the medina souk and mosques in the evening which again was very I informative and well with doing a local guy took us around the centre of the medina crossing over to the new area we chose to do this in the evening as the evenings are the busiest time so we wanted to experience it Followed by the quad bike camel ride and evening meal all of this day was superb All the tours were booked via viator great organisation amazing prices for what each tour includes well worth looking into Overall an amazing experience and we shall be back! Food don’t get caught up in TikTok trends as some restaurants are really not worth the hype however some places are like Bacha coffee we lived it here the experience from start to finish was worth the hour wait we put our names on a list then told to come back collect a buzzer and wait our turn which turned out to be 25 minutes wait I recommend getting there early to put your name down to avoid long waits! We chose to eat at the local fast food stops great fresh fast cheap food always available we then chose to grab a desert the BEST ice cream and cakes inside ARGANA in the centre of the medina amazing service fabulous deserts So go check it out and enjoy Marrakech!

A beautiful riad located just minutes from the markets and within easy reach of most major attractions. Although the rooms are on the smaller side, the charming central lobby offers a lovely space to relax. The breakfast is delicious and filling, and the staff go above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, but special mention must go to the riad manager, Fadoua, whose exceptional service, expertise, and genuine care made our stay truly memorable. I would highly recommend a night at Safran and a coffee at Bacha Coffee (go early to avoid long wait)

On arrival we checked in they told us they would let us

On arrival we checked in they told us they would let us know if the room was ready! We waited two hours ordering two lattes in the meantime that definitely weren't lattes more like sugary coffee water with no milk we then went to check an they took us down there was no sun lounges on the cabin we booked which is advertised in the photos there was building work going on in the cabin behind us so we asked to get some loungers brought down so we had something to enjoy the sun in! Considering we paid £200 we waited maybe an hour before anyone came down there was cigarette butts around the pool that we had been checked into on our private room neither me nor my partner smoke so was dissapointed as we hate this. They then came down an told us to move cabin so we moved to the one in front hurrying to get our stuff back in suitcase and down to the second room forgetting some of our belongings we then go back to check if we left there an gone (someone had collected them an not informed us even though they literally moved us in the 10minute period so took some of our belongings to reception without telling us). Our new cabins half the decking had collapsed and fallen through and been covered up with a rug 3 floor boards we're sticking in the air that I tripped and hurt my ankle on. The new cabin had a bath with no bath Matt and no bath plug so it was a weird bath with a hand held shower which is difficult to wash in! We didn't really understand. The next day we had hairs in our food that we ordered I informed staff an they replaced the food I noticed another hair in the second food an couldn't be asked to complain again also the tea in the morning tasted like it had salt in! Either they didn't like us or the attention to detail really isn't there. Loooks great on Instagram an update at the view but the detail is missing things and the health an safety!

Great place to visit and experience.

Great place to visit and experience. Book a trip to the Atlas Mountains and the waterfall. The guide was brilliant and very informative. Great day out. Did the quads and carmel ride, ticked off the box, won't do it again, it was alright. Show was long and not very entertaining. Be prepared to bargain and walk away they will come after you. Not a cheap place to eat or drink .
