Everything was perfect. Service is fantastic. Staff are all very pleasant and eager to please. The manager, Dol, makes it a point to speak with every new guest and offer tips and recommendations. Hotel is well-located, close to shopping, dining and touristy places. The restaurant/bar at the hotel makes the best masala chai i’ve ever had!

Amazing place and the value for money is ridiculous. We had a room with mountain view, it was gorgeous. The service is really excellent and they make anything happen for their customers. One of the best places we stayed in KTM by far, and we went to quite a lot of hotels.

Nestled close to the city center, the hotel is just a 15-minute walk to Durbar Square, and the route takes you right through a vibrant bazaar—the perfect chance to pick up unique gifts and souvenirs while soaking in the lively atmosphere of the Thamel quarter. This area is a dream for backpackers, with its charming streets, hidden gems, and rooftop restaurants offering breathtaking views of the Himalayan mountains. One of the highlights of our trip was a Himalayan exploration tour that the hotel staff arranged for us. The price was reasonable, and we spent a whole day hiking in the hills, getting closer to the majestic mountains we had longed to see. It was exactly what we were looking for, and we truly appreciated how effortlessly they helped make it happen. In Nepal, both inDrive and regular taxi drivers can be tricky. They often charge more than double the normal price. With inDrive, after you receive a booking, they may call and ask for extra charges. If you repeatedly cancel bookings because you’re not comfortable, inDrive may even restrict your account. This caused a lot of trouble for us. I just want to remind everyone to be careful with taxi drivers and always make sure the cost or fare is clearly agreed upon beforehand.

It's been ages since I was in Kathmandu and I hear it's...

It's been ages since I was in Kathmandu and I hear it's gotten busier. Bhaktapur is a laid back option--lots of history and lots of local life at the same time. It's a walking town for travellers and you learn how to instinctively avoid the scooters. Pretty much every building has a rooftop Cafe of some sort and the views are spectacular. There's a little hustle from guides for hire in Durbar Square but they're pretty knowledgeable and the hustle is very gentle. If you're not interested, you can politely refuse and that will be the end of it. Given a choice, I'd pick Bhaktapur over Kathmandu as a place to hang out.

Value for money ,service oriented , the Bhutanese delicacy was amazing , very traditional and authentic touch. Front office team was amazing and always helpful and welcoming. The room was beautiful, spacious and all amenities placed tightly. The location is perfect close to Boudha stupa just walking distance and very peaceful and serene. Security staff very welcoming and professional. Very eager to come back to this property , I would highly recommend this hotel .

People in Kathmandu are friendly and helpful. The weather was fair for this time of year. A lot to see and take in. Shopping, eating all the very delicious Mo Mo soaking in Jhol. All the Temples, Shrines, breathtaking mountains views, and of course Mount Everest.

Nagarkot , lovely place to stay there, neighbours and villagers are very friendly, safe and secure. In every morning or evening, we walk around Nagarkot village to Nagarkot sunrise tower through pine tree forest. It has good viewpoints to snowcaps of Hamalia range, sunrise, sunset and community villages in valleys. In Nagarkot, we can have fresh meat, chicken, egg and milks all are fresh and tasty. There are a lot of restaurants nearby Nagarkot but enjoy cooking fresh meals , breathing fresh breeze, so nice of community life there. In some day , visit to Bhaktapur Durbar square by bus, and can go to several sites as day trip. Good to learn Tamang culture. For us, at least we want to stay at least 7 days but we found very late so we can only stay 4 nights. We will definitely come back Nagarkot
