We really enjoyed our stay at Alpine Inn. From arrival to departure, we only encountered amazingly friendly staff that always had an open ear for each and any question and was helpful throughout our multi-day stay. Great team you got there, guys.  While the hotel has a fun theming when you see it from the street, it may look like your standard motel from the courtyard - but the rooms are way better than standard motel rooms. We have rarely, if ever, experienced rooms that were so spotless clean. And I really mean spotless, from door to bathroom joints. We have stayed about 3 1/2 months in hotels, motels & vacation rentals in the last 12 months, from Deluxe hotels and Disney Deluxe resorts to moderate hotels to motels and Alpine Inn's rooms were hands down the cleanest rooms we have been staying at for a very long time.  And don't forget the mattresses: very comfy and on par with the very "famous" "Disney Vacation Club mattresses" everyone who has ever slept on raves about.  Housekeeping during our stay was also perfect. Even when we left the room late on some days (we are lazy 😂) housekeeping still did what was scheduled for the day (really wouldn't have expected this).  Overall Alpine Inn offers a great value for the money, especially considering how close it is to a popular tourist destination like Disneyland (10 minutes walk) and the Anaheim Convention Center (just on the opposite side of the street) and we can highly recommend staying there and will also stay there again ourselves, next time we visit Disneyland. We rested our heads here for an evening before flying out from LAX. It was spacious, comfortable, clean and had a touch of luxury. Black out blinds, great heating/cooling. A brilliant breakfast buffet, a mini fridge and a spacious bathroom. What stood out the most were the exceptionally friendly and attentive staff at the desk. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend as great value!

    Santa Ana is my hometown, although I live elsewhere now. Santa Ana has many sights to see. It is also within a moderate driving distance to beaches, amusement parks, and other entertainment venues. Santa Ana and Orange County are nice places to visit and explore.

    I've stayed in many hotels and the staff here was one of the best! the location is convenient for traveling to neighboring cities/towns/beaches. There are shops/restaurants within walking distance as well which was a nice added bonus.

    The new upgraded rooms are a big plus. If you want a place to stay that is centrally located this is a excellent place. The staff is very friendly. The place to go to eat and has a variety is the Mercado Market. Very easy to get around.

    Huntington Beach town has many bars and restaurants, and there are always lots of people walking around downtown and on the pier and on the beach. So it's a pretty lively scene. We tend to favor places with natural beauty - and we found it at the Bolsa Chica Ecological Preserve, just up the road from HB. A beautiful bird refuge right by the ocean.

    Newport is a lovely town that isn't talked about enough.

    Newport is a lovely town that isn't talked about enough. I'm not a world traveler by any means but it's a wonderful escape from any busy life and although dinning and entertainment can be a bit pricey I'd say for a short visit to reset your mental and possibly even physical health it would be most worth it!

    We went to The Summit House for our anninversary dinner -...

    We went to The Summit House for our anninversary dinner - which was amazing!! - and decided to spend the night down there. The next day we had lunch in downtown Fullerton. You can walk it in under an hour. We had a nice time but don't expect a lot to see or do. The best thing about Fullerton are the restaurants.

    Laying in that bed was like floating on a puffy cloud! View from bed was absolutely breathtaking! The shower was Amazing… perfect water temp within seconds, water pressure was OUTSTANDING and the high shower head made it wonderful since I’m tall! The only thing that may have been not so great is the view from the balcony… ( paint store next door… but I think if the store was painted and given a beachy look it would of been better) But honestly the comfort of the bed which was absolutely INCREDIBLE, The Tropical view thru the French doors from the bed was STUNNING, and the AMAZING shower was worth every penny and then some!!! I would definitely recommend this place and I will definitely be back!!!
