Great stay, staff were very lovely and helpful, facilities were great. We ate in the restaurant also which was good. Pool was a great temperature and a good view from the top. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting Ha Long Bay.

Absolutely everything! Beautiful hotel with modern amenities. The bed was really comfortable and the staff were super nice. In the same hotel there’s a perfect place for breakfast where they have both sourdough and rye bread, which is difficult to find anywhere else. They let us do a late checkout and accommodated us with everything we needed.

Very clean and the manager mr Tang was very diligent even can’t articulate in English only with the help of google translate. During the night he will even push the 4 bike into the dining area preventing it from stolen which we don’t rent from the hotel.Don’t mention about the break fast was prepare and cook by him ,western ,Italia and vietnam food .spacious dining area sit up to 50 pax with karaoke music singing too. We stayed here for 4 night 5 pax really fantastic with location ,food ,cleanliness and service.with absolute very reasonable price with breakfast included at ha long .(S$19 per night )

The staff spoke English very well. The room was very clean and good airco. Also the location was great. Close to the beach and city but still in a quiet road.
