Beautiful and peaceful spot. Amazing views

Very nice hotel, rooms with a great view, beautiful surroundings, we did a nice walk on the property and met Jerry, the giraffe. The dinner was again excellent. I can recommend this to everyone.

The staff were incredible - so welcoming, made us feel very much at home. We arrived in a storm and they couldnt do enough to try to settle us in and make sure we were comfortable. The room was warm. The food was amazing with beautiful flavours and staying at the Hives was an absolutely incredible experience that I will always keep with me. There were lots of activities to choose from as well. I cannot recommend highly enough - one of the best parts of our visit to South Africa

Accommodation is inside the actual lighthouse - really special spot with old world charm. Freshly baked bread with butter was an added bonus and welcome treat as well.

it was very secure, our room was huge with a lovely bath and shower. lovely communal area where we could sit and chill out. very well equipped kitchen if needed. Highly recommended

As a special touch for our honeymoon, they even upgraded us to an ocean-facing room which made our stay even more memorable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The view from the room was simply spectacular, and we could spend hours simply gazing out at the ocean and the surrounding landscape.
