Dave the Host was amazing with communication, we flew in early and he was able to orgnaise an early check in on the day of arrival so we could drop our bags, the place itself was spacious and comfortable and lovely welcome gift on arrivel too.

The "space capsule" looked cool, but the mattress was quite thin and not very comfortable. The bathroom facilities could've been cleaner. The shared areas could have been cleaner. But overall, the price was great!

Good sized room and bed which was comfortable. Room was clean and relatively modern.

No one at reception when we checked in - had to wait a long time for someone to turn up. Batteries in remote were almost dead (very hard to change channel and volume) and reception was closed before we used the tv.

First of all, the payment issue. I only authorized the credit card guarantee, and did not authorize you to pay the fee directly with the credit card. They used my guarantee account to pay without my consent and charged a handling fee. Although the handling fee was not much, it was legally wrong. Secondly, the bathroom layout of the room was terrible, with only two wash basins smaller than your face. You might as well wash your face directly in the bathroom.
