Mustafa and his team were not just very helpful but also provided good insights and suggestions to make our stay as well as the activities enjoyable, comfortable and value for money. The location of the hotel is actually in the caves and it is barely a 10 mns. or a kilometer walk to Goreme village center.

We were extremely sceptical due to the weird array of reviews about this place not being the same as the photos. Our experience was fine, you get what you pay for, but the room was clean and the bed was comfy.

Location is good, however it is on a clubbing road, so very very loud every night, but we didn’t mind.

Sunbeds hard No fresh juice (only sugar based drinks alcohol or water). We would be happy to pay for them but no option. Operation supervisor extremely rude. Constantly speaking over us after demanding he spoke first which we allowed and listened. He then wouldn’t let us speak.. Chef highly unprofessional telling a member of staff what happened and moaned about us pointing.
