Capra at Saas Fee is a fantastic hotel. The staff, food and service are exceptional. Being a boutique hotel our stay at every touch point was noticed and customised to suit our needs best. Great B&B hotel in very convenient location right opposite the gondola & ski back to doorstep. Short walk into town for restaurants / bars. Excellent breakfast (1 of the best on our 6 week tour of Switzerland). Fabulous views & lovely spa. Efficient pick up & drop off at central Parkhaus.

Great breakfast. Great spa. Kids were allowed to use the spa. We had a family room, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and a balcony. We enjoyed our stay very much. The ski lifts are not very close, but the ski equipment can be left in the lockers closer to the slopes.

The Hotel Daniela enjoys a very calm location in Zermatt, situated within a 10-minute walk from the cable cars and the train station. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff. The decor is spot on. Breakfast had a wide selection of fresh dishes for everyone's taste. Rooms are updated and are larger than expected with a nice balcony. Mini bar was included, nice touch. The staff was very helpful in providing local amenity and ski information. They went out of their way to help us with accommodation resolution due to being stuck in Zermat as a result from a heavy snow storm which caused the trains to be cancelled. Thank you Hotel Daniella!

Hotel Bristol is a family run hotel which is nice to see with family albums. It deserves to be 4 stars. The rooms are clean and nice with balcony with Matterhorn view that is really nice. It is conveniently located with the shuttle bus (free with ski day pass) taking you to all the gondolas for the ski slopes. The breakfast was good and the bar cosy. They have a free taxi service to take you to the train station. The spa is very complete with spa and Finnish and bio sauna and many more.

Centrally located in Zermatt, 300 metres from the train station, Hotel Walliserhof Zermatt is built in typical Valais chalet style and offers a spa area with sauna and a hot tub.
