A very distinctive hotel at a great location in Galle fort. Perfect for couples. Clean, comfortable and very beautiful. Staff were wonderful. Great breakfast and drinks. A small dipping pool in reseption to cool off.

Excellent facilities, lovely small pool with only two poolside rooms. If you are lucky enough to be able to book them, do. A few other cheaper room options available if not. Food was delicious and more than plentiful, really good and only slightly more expensive than some in town but far better value.

I would HIGHLY recommend staying in the Fort area when visiting Galle. That being said, Fort Bazaar was the perfect place. Great service and perfect location. Bed and pillows were comfortable and shower pressure was great. Laundry service reasonable and same day. Good happy hour. Quiet for a good nights sleep. We booked a Double Bazaar Bedroom and it was a large room and only a few stairs (Room 12).

Offering an outdoor pool and views of the pool, Hotel Panorama is located in Unawatuna, 4 km from Japanese Peace Pagoda. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the Galle Fort. We arrived late in the evening and they came with refreshing towels and even had kept the restaurant open given that they assumed we would not have had dinner so that we could still order something which is super super considerate. The room was great, spacious and clean. We asked for a late checkout and while this was not possible anymore they provided us the ability to still take a shower at the end of the day and use their facilities before we would leave for the airport which was so much more than we expected. We also could leave our bags there. Breakfast was amazing and the chef himself checked in for every meal we had. We also had dinner the next day which was very good. The hotel is in a great location in the fort and beautifully maintained. The staff was ABSOLUTELY wonderful and did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant as possible, we would for sure stay here again in the future and I can recommend it to everyone. Thank you all so much!!!

There are not many properties where all points you can give are actually not enough, but the Sergeant House is such a place. We stayed in the 3-Bedroom-Villa with our kids and had a fantastic time. It’s literally impossible to say what we have enjoyed more, the attention given to us by the staff or the amazing property. We are definitely looking forward to repeat this experience again.
