Towels are provided We loved the location! Perfect area to easily commute to downtown Praha but also not deal with so many tourists. Our receptionist was so warm welcoming. We arrived at 10am and she was able to give us a room with in a few mins which she was not obligated to do, due to the 3pm check-in time. This gave us time to rest and give us a head start with going out in the early afternoon refreshed. She was an absolute angel, and sweetheart. We were surprised how beautiful the room and living room was. The bathroom even had heated floors! Will stay here again!!!

They give all a space to put the luggage if you reach early or checking out late. I would recommend it to all and absolutely value for money.
