The owners are extremely nice people, they offer pick up from the station (and bring you back to the station if needed). The view of the mount Fuji from the room. The common baths that you can use for your family only if you want. The food is very good and presented with care.

I went with my family (2 adults + 2 toddlers aged 3 and 2) and we were awed by the great view (windows) overseeing the lake. Room size was awesome to fit 2 huge luggage and there is free parking opposite. There are yukata for kids and a smaller potty adapter. The staff who served us dinner was awesome and my kids love her. Just note that the bath water in the bathroom is not from hot spring but hot spring water is available at public bath. Room amenities are great (Air purifier, soap, lotions etc. provided) and not too old (Considered well maintained). Hotel facilities are nice. Location is good because there is a convenient store nearby and walkable to ropeway attraction. Would very much want to go back again.

The staff was amazing and very helpful! They checked in on us multiple times to make sure we had everything we needed and even drove us to our dinner. The onsen is beautiful. It wasn’t too busy and really felt like a paradise. The rooms are cozy but big enough with great views.

Lovely family runs ryokan that provides a homely atmosphere. The futons were soft and comfortable. We were a big family travelling together all of us agreed that the rooms were cosy and spacious with plenty of sunlight flooding in. On top of that was we were able to see the stunning view of the Fuji mountain from our rooms. Love the traditional onsens, not one but two. Great location and the Fuji 5 lakes nearby. We initially lost our way to get there, but thanks to the friendly hosts who went outside to meet us.

Breakfast and dinner was sumptuous. The room was very clean and spacious, we also had a very nice view of Mount Fuji from parts of the room. Private onsen was excellent as well. Everything was provided like a 5-star hotel, from toiletries to drinks, they even had a towel warmer! The bed was more comfortable than some hotels. The apartment had elements of a ryokan yet was modern like a service apartment. We exceptionally love the service of the hosts :)
