Everything was good the shower took a little time warming up but other than that I will stay again the price is right and that's the reason I stayed it's 2 hours from the Grand canyon but I think the next time I stay will be more closer

It was beautiful and the cabins were super nice.

It was beautiful and the cabins were super nice. It was also very clean! Traveling from Las Vegas I think would be better than whAt we did? We came from Flagstaff and it was a long drive because that is really all there is in the area. It was a 3 1/2 hour drive out.

Looking up at sky after checking in was great.

Looking up at sky after checking in was great. Getting to actual location was confusing. No lights on highway or signs that were visible. Suggest to anyone: get there before it gets dark. Once on property, parking lot was not marked very well. Unable to see where to enter and exit. No arrows or direction signs to actual cabin. They had these small solar lamps leading the way to cabins. No blacktop or paved roads. Vending machines are so far away. No way of walking to them at night, had to get on car and try and find a way to get there

I would not recommend anyone staying there as it is not as advertised on the internet. They kept my money and we left as soon as we got there. I would rather lose the money than stay there and be uncomfortable.

No need to spend the night.

No need to spend the night. You can see all the West rim of the Grand Canyon has to offer in a couple of hours. Nothing else open at the location now. Have to drive to another location to eat-only vending machines at the cabins.

The hotel is a nice little rest stop on the way to Havasupai. The checkin for your Havasupai adventure is onsite. The beds were comfy and the AC was nice and cold. There was a mini fridge and some toiletries in the room for use. The hotel lobby also has a little store for camping and food essentials. While there was no breakfast included, you can purchase a microwave meal and heat it up in their former diner that they don't have a license for. There's also a little curio museum inside that we enjoyed walking through.

Room was clean but the noise from adjoining room was loud. The pool was closed which was one of the reasons I choose this hotel for one night. Glass breakage and no maintenance personnel available until the following Monday. Disappointing.

Clean rooms, good location with a mini Mart and grocery store right across the street. Easy access to Hualapai Hilltop. Would have loved to explore the area more but didn't realize the hotel offers other tours as well - next time!

The reason most people stay at the hotel is to join the River Runners rafting. This is something I highly recommend, a once in a lifetime experience. However it is really the only reason one should stay here.

We stayed here the night before our hike to Havasu falls so having the restaurant in the hotel was great! We were able to eat a great meal the night before our hike!

The room was very clean. It was in close proximity to the Skywalk, which was great and saved traveling a long way back to a hotel somewhere.
