Perfect accommodation and perfect hosts. Arjana and Nelaj were perfect, so hospitable that you feel just like being at home! Fantastic hosts and very, very nice people! Everything is in the center and close to the beaches. Large balcony, parking, clean, very good! I highly recommend the accommodation. Next time i will definitely go there again.

The host was very kind and helpful to us. He met us despite our unexpected early check-in and provided us with all the necessary information about the nearest beaches and great restaurants. The apartment was very clean with a new air conditioner, which was crucial in this hot weather. The territory of the apartments is very lovely, with several tables outside to have dinner. The apartment is located a 10-min walk to the nearest beach and, I guess, max. 20 min away from any other beach you'd like to visit. It's near the city center, so all the shops and restaurants are very close.

Garden Villa Veli is a great place, very close to the beach, center, restaurants in Ksamil. Klara is an amazing host, she was super helpful, gave us good recommendations for our stay in Ksamil. She served us a hearty breakfast. We had a nice stay at her place.

Where to start. I would give it 11/10 if I could. The new owner/host Arti and his family are wonderful people. You feel absolutely safe and at home from the moment you meet them. They have invested in making the rooms lovely (we stayed in 4 of them) as we were two brothers in law and left to go North and then went back as the value for money and hospitality was so good. The location is perfect for walking around beautiful Ksamil. There is a also nice view of the mountains from the balcony. Arti even gave us two lots of his family recipe based Raki to try - strong and lovely. We plan to go back in October.
