Location was excellent ... lots of amenities nearby ie. Carrefour for anything you might need and a Patisserie Bar for an excellent coffee and breakfast treat. Getting to and from the old town and the waterfront and great shopping and restaurants was fabulous. We parked our car and never used it again until we left Como ... Our hostess Elena was superb ... always communicated with us, met us at the property and showed us how everything worked and gave us so much helpful information to make our stay an awesome one. Her recommendations were fantastic. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Lake Como. Cheers, Betty

Literally Everything, spacious flat, nice view, well maintained, very clean + the owner, Daniel is a very nice guy and offers help without asking and responds fast to your needs

The property is wonderful and spacious. A full kitchen and living room with a TV. The bathroom is a good size and even has a washing machine. The bed was comfortable, overall one of the nicest places we stayed during our Italy trip. The location is also perfect, close to the train, water and main shopping/restaurants.

The apartment, even though on a busy street, is located in a different building in the inner yard. Therefore it’s very quiet. The appliances were new, everything was comfy and Mario was proactively communicating. I’d definitely book the apartment again.

A private entrance leads guests into the holiday home, where they can enjoy some wine or champagne and chocolates or cookies. The accommodation is non-smoking. The house was very nice and spacious. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped with a coffee machine and a fridge with a large selection of beverages (for a small fee). We were even pleasantly surprised by our hostess Carla with a breakfast, which was left for us on a shelf in the kitchen! We enjoyed our stay very much and despite laud super-cars driving in the city in the evening, our apartment was very quiet. We highly recommend this place.
