Extremely clean, very convenient rooms. Bathrooms are shared but very close to the room (we stayed at 1st floor). Amazing and well maintained garden with many spots to chill, bbq and nice guest living room. Breakfast was decent also (even though no hot options) but very tasty coffee and croissants. Very helpful staff. Amazing views!

The hotel staff and the owner herself exemplify how customers should be treated. Everyone is polite, kind, and attentive to our needs. The view from the window is simply breathtaking! Flexibility, familiar atmosphere. The dinner was fantastic (you get the whole menu for the day), and the breakfast was great too. View is good from the balcony.

The apartment was so spacious with a large living room, full fledged kitchen and 2 bedrooms. Lovely balcony with amazing lake views. There a massage chair also. Kitchen had all utensils, fridge, kettle with a small kitchen table. Both bedrooms had windows with lake views. We were hesitant before booking looking at the earlier bad reviews about cleanliness etc but the apartment was clean and well made. Location was extremely good, just on the lake and 3-4 mins walk from brienz train station.
