This place has got to be the best stay I've ever had, coming to Europe. The view was outstanding and mind glowing . And the rooms were so good and comfy. We really wanted to extend our stay there but as we had different plans and places to visit, stayed there only for 4 days. Kids have enough space inside, we got all facilities to cook, only the ingredients need to buy from the shop. Kids play area is there just behind it and , scenic places to walk around is just some meters away. From here, we could go Slovenia, Italy and Austrian Alps and snow.. . I highly recommend this place to stay in Villach.

We recently stayed in this hotel for 4 nights at Standar Family Room with two kids. We were welcomed very warmly with the persons at reception. they were very kinds, helpful and supportive. We got our room and just after entering the room we had this nice lake view behing the large windows and balcony. Kids have a nice private area which they really liked. They were given some nice gifts to draw and enjoy their spare time. Rooms have very large bathroom with bathtub, and no toilet in it which is very good. Toilet is separate but it is very small and there is no water for handwashing. You have to go to bathroom for hanfwashing. This is annoying. Restaurants: We had really nice dinners at our reserved table with an amazing view and decoration. The menu is always rich, salate buffet and cheese buffet is rich either. There is always something for everbody.The envronment is cosy and joyful. Foods are really amazing, delicious and all the persons are helpful and supportive since we do not have any alcohol and pork. They always use the top most quality products. Breakfast is also always very good. Their products, egg menu, cheese, other options, honey, butter all are amazin. They serve you the best products. You will have health and enough food. They have plenty of space for everybody and time for all either. They have nice pool area. We really enjoy it. Their infinity pool also was amazing with the area to rest around. I could not use Sauna area because it is nude area if I understand it correctly. Everywhere is very clean, tidy. The only annoying thing will be toilletes in terms of their size, and WiFi. As a conclusion, we had very nice experience here and definitely will be back later. I really would like to try in summer. There will so many things going on in the lake area.

The registration at the reception was very quick and friendly. The receptionist Philipp gave me full information about hotel and Velden area, that was very helpful. Also he upgrades the room. The room was vey clean and modern, in light colors as I like. I like the bathroom and shower with all nesessary detailes. Also I like slippers that had there own fabric, not like in other hotels. Room had a big balcony to very quet yard, that was surprising in the middle of the town. At breakfast was all that you need, incuding salmon and variety of fruits. We had a wonderful stay at this traditional location in Carinthia. The room was lovely, breakfast in the garden was delightful, and evenings on the terrace were truly relaxing. The food was excellent, and we especially enjoyed Lake Feld am See and the nearby private beach. It’s a perfect place to feel peaceful and safe. A superb hotel with an excellent view of Worthersee lake, also include a 2-star Michelin restaurant. There are 3 swimming pools, indoor and outdoor, and also one next the lake, you can also choose to swim in the lake. There are other water activities but we don’t have enough time to experience. The family suite is very spacious, can easily fit a family of 4.
