The location was excellent, and the service was exceptional. The staff were very friendly throughout our stay. As we were leaving, a porter named Bilal went above and beyond to assist us. Despite the heavy rain, he helped me into the taxi and held an umbrella so I wouldn’t get wet. He kindly reminded me to share my experience, demonstrating his pride in the hotel.
