Room and facility was excellent. Breakfast was too expensive for Hotel. I mean as a part of accommodation for residents o fthe Hotel, they have calculated 23 € per person which is at the very high edge.

The hotel was accommodating having our rooms side by side. The amenities were great and the staff were lovely and helpful, turning on the sauna and steam room on the mornings of our stay, as we requested this. We stayed here for Christmas Day, the hotel had lovely touches to make it feel more festive and homely (eg; ginger cookies and Christmas chocolate). It was also conveniently located to the famous Christmas markets!

I am travelling a lot for business and I always look for hotels where you feel home and welcome. This one is one of the best I have been. Service and hospitality is great. Everything is super clean and with a modern design. Great feature is the very good restaurant to which you get favourable access as house guest, even when you forget to book a table during a trade fair :)
