A special thanks to both AbdulRahmans and Mariem for the warm welcome, fast check-in, and their extra care during the stay. Big thanks to Osama as well for always being available and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable, with great housekeeping and room service. Perfect location – right across the street there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and everything you need. Don’t miss Kim’s Coffee Shop by the hotel entrance (2nd floor). Cozy spot with amazing Saudi coffee and other types also – a must-try! Will definitely come back to this cool and friendly place.

Really enjoyed the overnight stay just sorry couldn't stay longer! Very comfortable room staff where fantastic from check-in to wait staff, all very accommodating and helpful, really recommended! Big beautiful looking pool and direct access to a sandy beach. Peaceful area away from the busy center. Restaurant served a good pizza too!

On site of Green Plaza Mall, this Hilton is only steps away from 370 shops. With one outdoor pools, it also features a sun deck and fitness centre.

The experience at Helnan hotel Palace was truly exceptional. Staying at this hotel made us feel detached from the present, offering a tranquil haven of peace, serenity and a picturesque view. Our room was spacious, clean and with a balcony where we spend most of the time, the bed and pillows was comfortable too. The staff in the hotel were exceptional, they made sure we have the best view and comfort during our stay. We didn't get the chance to try their restaurants though. We'd surely stay again at this hotel on our next visit to Alexandria.
