The hotel personnel was quite friendly and always willing to assist and support in whatever was needed, from suggesting to booking restaurants, providing transport and always checking on us.

We really liked the location of the hotel, with direct access from the lobby to the city center. The hotel lobby was spacious and vibrant, creating a great first impression. Excellent location! Modern apartment in a lovely building. Ski storage is also a massive bonus to save carrying after a day on the mountain. Lovely welcome gift, very thoughtful. Excellent communication from the owner!

Le Coucou is located in Méribel, directly on the ski slopes and offers the only ski-in/ski-out experience in the resort.

The staff and service is this place are UNBELIEVABLE. Location was great as could ski in and out very easily. The free shuttle mad life so easy if going into the village.

Perfectly located hotel. Welcoming and very helpful staff. A truly amazing breakfast, I have never had such light pastries/bread. Selection incredible and fresh, was also able to order eggs/omelettes in addition to the cooked breakfast, cold meats, salmon and cakes. Also lots of heathy options of yoghurt, muesli and a fruit bowl. A nice touch to get slippers and bath robes in the room as well.
