Good restaurant and bar food, good room service, lovely room with a very comfy bed, we didn't want to get out of in the morning. For our evening meal, our Waiter, Joshy was fabulous as was the food. And all staff. My partner had a couple of elemis treatments on the second day, which she said was good value for money, while I used the spa facilities. You can use the spa even after you check out at 11.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. We had the suite and it was fantastic. We had our own little room for dinner and breakfast so we could take our doggy with us. We highly recommend Hempstead house hotel.

It was located in an amazing place. Elegant and peaceful looking. Nothing fancy but everything was great. As a former Mercure staff, I wasn’t very much into booking any of the Mercure brand but I’m glad that I booked it. 😇 I would like to say a big thank you to Tom (F&B) for an amazing service with a lovely smile. I recently had the pleasure of staying with my nieces at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. However, what truly made our visit unforgettable was the thoughtful touch from Dorina, one of the housekeeping staff. When we entered our room on the first night, we were delighted to find a pair of beautifully crafted swans made from towels on our bed. The swans were expertly folded with remarkable attention to detail. My nieces were absolutely thrilled by the sight, and it became a cherished memory of our first night in London. The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Well done to the whole team.
