this botique hotel is a hidden gem in the city! with very cozy interior! amazing food! and a perfect staff! my mam had an accident! and while checking in we had to go to the emergency…staff called the ambulance for us! helped to carry mam and they were checking on us all the time! I was overwhelmed with their support and care. special thanks to the receptionist that day and to the Gust Relationship Manager who was on Duty that night and came up to check on us after returning from the hospital. restaurant and the bar has amazing vibes! definitely going back again

I liked everything, I felt like im in second home Shota was super helpful, since my first day until the last day he was so helpful I liked the property, jacuzzi international breakfast was soooo yummy! Even the dinner menu 👌🏻 Definitely i will rebook my stay, shota made my stay more joyful by always affording help and activities with really good prices!

Location is excellent, literally next to the supermarket SPAR and Mr Michael is super helpful during my whole trip . He assisted me with my request all the time and showing me around ,share information regarding Gudauri. Even when I finished my stay he also helped me to store my luggage. Thanks for his great hospitality I have enjoyed my stay.
