Excellent hotel! We stayed at the two-bedroom villa from which the view was wonderful. The bedrooms themselves were not very big, but the spacious dining room compensated it entirely. Very nice staff, especially waiters and waitresses at the hotel's restaurant. Very good food, quite a selection of Indonesian and European cuisine.

The host was super friendly and helpful as we suddenly had to be driven to the hospital. The pool wasn't swimmable but without asking an extra bed for our daughter or a complimentary massage was offered. The dinner and breakfast was great as well. The staff super friendly.

Very friendly and flexible staff. They were flexible with early check in. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The hotel has a nice swimming pool and sun beds. They provide towels for the pool. The buffet breakfast was basic but good. The organized snorkeling tour was great.

The place to be in Padang Bai. Everything was perfect. Rooms are spacious and clean, drinking water provided in the rooms. Neano is a beautiful space tastefully decorated, the staff is lovely and the food delicious. I stayed for three nights but wish they were many more. I will be back for sure.

The check in was smooth, communication consistent. A welcome drink and show of the bamboo house. We had a floating breakfast one morning and the romantic dinner with flower pool and that was breathaking. The village area is quaint with a few lovely little spots to dine and walk about. The view is lovely with Mount Agung in the forground and the lovely little rice paddies with a beautiful color scheme. The host and family are truly lovely people with a flare for service. Food was fanatastic and our breakfast daily was phenomenal. I would stay here for longer !! The lush gardens and breeze was divine.
