Just renovated and opened in June 2023! I loved the Facilities, very attentive staff, especially Elena thanks to Her kindness on the phone we decided to stay there. Also Fabio-manager was very hospitable and all the staff at the reception, spa treatments and restaurant regrettably I do not remember all the names. Breakfast and “merenda” small aperitifs each afternoon is of the best quality. Well kept.

Our stay at Podere 1384 was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well cared for. The manager, Andrea, was always available and incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. He provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants and hidden spots in the area, which truly enhanced our experience in Tuscany. The entire team at Podere 1384 is outstanding – warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. You can feel that every guest is important here. A special thank you goes to Anetta from housekeeping, who took such great care of us when we encountered a small issue during our stay. The property is absolutely stunning – peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. At times, we felt as if we had the entire hotel to ourselves. The pool area was often completely private, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings. What truly sets Podere 1384 apart is the atmosphere. The moment you arrive, you feel at home. It’s a place where you can disconnect, relax, and recharge. Every detail, from the cozy rooms to the carefully prepared breakfast, is done with love. The breakfast was a real highlight – freshly made each day and served with such care and attention. We are already looking forward to coming back and making more memories at this magical place. We arrived by car and appreciated the convenience of using the little trolley to comfortably transport all our family members to the room. The car park was spacious and safe, adding to our peace of mind. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful at all times, making our stay even more enjoyable. The family room on the first floor was spacious and comfortable, with hilarious views of the countryside from the window. The room’s style, though not modern, was historically preserved and fascinating to look at. The breakfast was sufficiently equipped, and it was wonderful that dogs were welcomed, making it a perfect choice for a family with kids and pets. Overall, it was a stylish and family-friendly hotel experience.

Premises, conditions, clean, facilities, helpful staff, very good food. Their hospitality in general was exceptional. We travel very often in Italy (specially Tuscany) but we haven't felt that good like in this hotel.

Angela … is probably the prettiest and most charming of all the Charme that is there at this resort. She will make you feel at home and cared for … guaranteed. Then there is Lorenzo, the wine tour guy … very nice and professional. They make this place very well worth it.
