Baglioni Sardinia is the epitome of 5-star service - from the moment we stepped off the transfer, we were treated with grace, friendliness and care. The staff's attention to detail and willingness to ensure that our stay was nothing short of spectacular is unmatched - we have stayed at many luxury resorts, and the closest we have come to this type of personal attention was at Diamonds Mequfi Beach Resort in Mozambique. There are many instances of care and kindness we can recall - including the celebration of my birthday, the care with our dietary requirements, the set-up of room service when we ordered a meal, the prompt response to requests, the suggestions of places to visit and having meals at, helping us to track down the full set of biscuit tins for our collection and helping us stay comfortable, especially when I was feeling ill. We have noted below the particular staff who we have interacted with most and who have made our trip memorable. Still, we recognise that service of this standard results from many excellent staff members who take pride in their work and are never seen by the guests. We (3 adults) and our little daughter stayed at Molarotto from September 3rd to September 13th, 2023, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was due, in part, to the lovely apartment with its magnificent view, and also to the very kind landlords. I want to emphasize that we received exactly the apartment we had booked, and this would be the case for all other guests as well - I am convinced. The 1.0 rating from September 13th, 2023, I perceive as frustration and sour grapes stemming from own errors when booking the apartment! To be clear, we were present when the reviewer from September 13th, 2023, and their group disputed with the landlords. Just to mention a few details, they demanded that we be evicted from our apartment to accommodate them. This was accompanied by personal attacks that we found completely unwarranted! If someone expects conditions similar to those at home (driveway), then I have a tip: it's better to stay home! We loved our stay and would choose to spend our vacation at Molarotto again anytime. We can definitely recommend this accommodation without hesitation!

Big spacious rooms. It was very clean and staff were friendly. Shuttle services to rooms and beach available making everything feel like a real vacation. The beach is lovely and easy accessible. Breakfast + Dinner buffet had a wide variety of delicious food, also Italian:) i.e. local & continental delicacies.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mercure Olbia from June 5th to June 8th, and it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel itself is fantastic, offering a comfortable stay with excellent amenities. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a slightly upgraded room, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen at Mercure Olbia was also very nice. My stay included breakfast every morning, which had a great variety of light food, fruits, sandwiches, and drinks. It was a perfect start to each day. A special mention goes to Daniel, the receptionist. He was incredibly helpful, especially during late nights and early mornings when most places were closed. Daniel went out of his way to organize some light snacks for me and provided invaluable advice on exploring Olbia and what to expect during the summer season in Sardinia. His friendliness and dedication truly made a difference and enhanced my overall experience at the hotel. Thank you, Mercure Olbia, and a heartfelt thank you to Daniel for the outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Olbia.

Great location, peaceful and quiet... Away from the noise, to calm down. Excellent apartment with a large terrace, parking in front of the house. The room was clean as in the pictures. Modern bathroom, wifi, clean sheets, everything can be prepared in the kitchen. Little bumpy road to location around 15 min drive (macadam potholed road), we were happy with helpful owner. 15 minutes away from Olbia, i reccomend.:))
