Location was wonderful for walking into town. The included breakfast was excellent with lots of variety. We arrived early and had a late departure and the staff was flexible about letting us stay to use the pool and facilities. This was a huge help for our travel schedule and much appreciated. The suite with two adjoining bedrooms was perfect for our group. The grounds and blooming flowers are well kept and a delight.

Staff was absolutely amazing. Beds on the beach and at the pool very comfortable. Room perfectly clean with a bog shower.

There is nothing to like about this place. none of the rooms matched the advertised pictures of the "villa." it was not a villa at all. upon arrival, the host offered us a dark and dingy bottom floor apartment with old, out dated furniture and an enclosed outside area facing a swamp - not isola tavolora as depicted on booking.com. the photos on booking.com depict a contemporary design, open floor plan, and beautiful views. this is complete false advertising! there is not one photo of the rooms offered to us in this listing - obviously because they are not desirable. you can also see a review from August 31 where the couple make the same claim.

Would even rate 11 out of 10. I travel a lot, few times per month, this is the best apartment stay experience ever and by far. The apartment is very new, beautifully decorated, not cheap Ikea style like many. Very central and yet on a very quiet side street. Super proactive hosts - Floriana and Kristina. Although all is done remotely - check in, entering apartment using the phone, you get a lot of info and if some thing you need to ask, you get a response in a minute.

I was extremely impressed with this hotel – it exceeded all of my expectations. The service was top-notch, and the staff, both at the reception and in the bar and breakfast area, were incredibly friendly. The premises were of exceptional quality, and I must mention the pillows and bedding – they were outstanding. The breakfast was delicious and diverse, with a special mention for the Dammann tea selection, which speaks volumes about the level of quality. Additionally, the balcony offered a nice view. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
