The staff was incredibly attentive and genuinely caring—we never felt like anything was missing during our stay. A special shoutout and heartfelt thank you to Carlo, who went above and beyond to take care of us. We booked a private dinner at their villa, and it turned out to be one of the best nights we’ve ever had. Carlo anticipated every need and made sure the evening was seamless. When my girlfriend realized she had forgotten her cardigan in the room, he immediately brought her a scarf so she could stay warm and comfortable. Borgo Scopeto is a dream from the moment you drive up the driveway. The staff are next level - if any one needs a lesson in customer service this is where you should come. From arrival to departure we were treated like royalty. We used the spa which was 5 star all the way ! We also did the wine tasting with the resident sommelier which was one of the best I’ve done. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Definitely make time to stay here !

Probably one of the most iconic stays I’ve ver experienced. I’m fairly sure they read your mind and know what you want/need before you do. Exceptional would be an understatement.

We had a great 4 night stay in the residence with the family. It has an original Tuscany charm, with a lot of greenary and big pool. Food was exceptional, we can also recommend the cooking class with the chef Mikaela. It was so much fun! Staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious and clean. We can all recommend.

Fantastic historic castello! Our room was very roomy and comfortable. The staff exceptional and the owner very friendly, helpful and a delight! Good country location and easy drive into Sienna and a good quiet base for visiting surrounding villages in tuscany. The restaurant cuisine was also an added bonus and very nice indeed!

Managed directly by the owner, Albergo Palazzo Squarcialupi is a 15th-century building in Castellina in Chianti. It offers a garden with outdoor swimming pool, and a spa.
