Everything! The pool, staff, double bathroom, beds, hospitality, everything. It was honestly one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in and we loved our stay so much. The building was also so unique and was a mix of historical and modern with ruins and original walls. It was also a very short walk from all the main streets. Highly, highly recommend.

The hotel just opened and everything is very new. The rooms are very large in size with comfortable beds. The restaurant on the top floor has a great view on Puebla. The breakfast buffet was a combination of traditional Mexican dishes, cold cuts, fruits and cereals.

Beautiful room, dark walls, comfy large bed, technical control of various things in the room like music (bluetooth), lights, temperature etc on the tablet, high-tech toilet, huge tv, nice rooftop with little pool and whirlpool and restaurant, amazing staff - everyone was so friendly and helpful ❤️

This is a small boutique hotel with an amazing staff. The rooms open off a central indoor patio with stained glass and an open airy space. The room had a comfortable bed, great bathroom with shower, and lovely artisan touches in the decor. Breakfast was included in the price of the room, and we loved the dining room, and returned for a light dinner one night. The hotel is located about a 15 minute walk outside of the busy historical city center, which adds to the serenity. Bonus for us: La Luz Talavera is located directly behind the hotel on the adjacent street!
