Great hotel, nice staff. A great base for exploring Wieliczka and Krakow. There is a railway stop next to the hotel, from where you can reach the center of Krakow in 20 minutes. The service is fine.

Excellent five star hotel right in the centre of the old town, next door to Czartoryski museum housing Da Vinci's "Lady with an Ermine". Spacious room, good spa facilities but the highlight was hotel's breakfast - absolutely fabulous food. Be sure to order a'la carte (it's included in the price). Eggs Benedict and the waffles were great. This is something you expect from a good hotel: not just a bland old continental buffet but a proper chef at work in the morning. Well done.

This hotel is not far from the historical city center of Krakau. You can reach the city center in a 5 - 10 minutes walk. The room was very nice and quiet and had a balcony in the inner courtyard. The breakfast buffet ranks number two of all hotels I ever visited, so it is very, very good.
