We absolutely loved our stay! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our every need — including special dietary requirements — and even prepared a beautiful surprise in the room for a special occasion, which truly touched us. The pool area was fantastic, and breakfast offered an impressive variety (though the fruit selection could be improved slightly). The dinner restaurants were also excellent — every meal was a highlight. We left feeling thoroughly impressed and grateful. Highly recommended!

The staff, especially Ibrahim who made sure all our needs were met especially during breakfast time and went out of his way during our stay. Also giving us a later check out enabled us to reach the airport fresh and stress free. The property is beautiful and the location is perfect if you want to relax. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The spa is also amazing, do not miss the chance to have a massage session! Moreover I have to say that the concierge organised all the tours for us and made our stay even better. The outdoor pool and the pool bar are also lovely.

The spa and pools were incredible and staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was delicious. Great central location. Rooms were comfortable and clean with all amenities we would expect from a four seasons. Overall a really beautiful hotel we would return to.
