I had requested for early check in because their flight arrived to Dubai early and they arranged everything! The staff was exceptional, always friendly and helpful. Their smiles were always present, and they were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. When I informed them before arriving that I was celebrating my 15th wedding anniversary, they upgraded our room as a lovely surprise! They also provided us with a cake and balloons in our room. The pool area was fantastic, offering a panoramic view of the Burj Khalifa and all of Dubai. As for the food, the staff by the pool was great and the food was delicious. The only downside was the limited dinner options in the half-board package we had booked. However, when we informed them that we wouldn't be dining there, they offered us an alternative and arranged for us to dine at a nearby Michelin-starred restaurant called 'JAR.' I highly recommend staying here!"

NH Collection Dubai The Palm offers a buffet or vegetarian breakfast. Everything was perfect. The staff, the location, the hotel itself, the cleanliness, the beach. The hotel was really trying to accommodate all of our requests. We had some minor issues (outside of the hotel’s control), however the hotel made sure that we still enjoy our stay, and we really did! So far one of the best hotels in Dubai I have been to, and plan on definitely coming back! A big thank you to NH The Palm, and all of their staff!
