Turkish bath, salt room and massage treatments by professional physiotherapists are also available at a surcharge. Our apartment was awesome. There was a river next to it and it was super relaxing. There was a variety of food offered for both breakfast and dinner.

Sparkling clean, great breakfast including very good coffee options and a very nice spa! Staff was very helpful! The family rooms are very nice!

There is a lobby bar and a piano bar with live music. the quiet room with the stream flowing at the back of the hotel was pure joy,the spa centre was great,the massages and treatments were wonderful,breakfast and dinner buffet was satisfactory but food in the dinner menu was delicious,staff was mostly friendly and attentive,the hotel is ideal for peace and relaxation in late august!!

Walking distance of a few minutes to the gondola, and the main streets of Bansko. The room was very clean and comfortable. We booked the "Deluxe King Room with Sofa" which was AMAZING! Very cozy.
