Location in Nusa Dua is excellent and off the major traffic jams. Wonderful facilities- SPA, Pool, Gym, Delicious restaurant and breakfast. I would highly recommend this well run resort. Just wonderful.

Vegetarian and vegan options can also be requested. After staying at Renaissance in Cancun, I was expecting the one in Nusa Dua to be as great, and I was not disappointed. Spent 8 nights at the hotel and my Birthday was a week away when we checked in. They made me feel special every day before my Birthday. Sindu, Alit and Arys were super helpful at the restaurant and treated me with goodies. 🙂 Hendri made a really tasty affogato at the bar and all in all the restaurant staff were ALL super friendly and helpful. Just could not remember everybody's name ☺️ Room service was amazing too. Fresh towels, immaculate room every day. Gede the pool guy was friendly and helpful too, enjoyed a conversation with him, very ambitious young man! I am definitely going back to this hotel.

Vegetarian, dairy-free and halal options can also be requested. We loved the location. It is located on a much quieter road than the main road to Batu Balong but still really close to the beach. We stayed in one of the villas with the private pool. It was so amazing that we didn't want to leave. We had room service for our dinners numerous times because it was just so nice. The room was really spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The pool in the private outdoor area was clean and refreshing and the sunken lounge in the room was comfortable and the perfect place to relax and read a book. We also loved the breakfasts. Lots of choices and excellent coffee. The staff were friendly and remembered our names from the start. Our stay was more than just a room to stay, it was a wonderful experience.

The bedroom is completely comfy and pleasant. The stay included breakfast and I don't regret paying for it as it was delicious and fresh, the style is buffet and you can find plenty of different options. The hotel has sic restaurants and beautiful swimming pools.
