This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in the city: location, room, service, and breakfast are all above expectation. It is very close to Kyoto Station, with one 7-11 across the street. Front desk is very friendly and helpful. Room is very clean and spacious compared with other business hotels. Floors are limited to guests only. It also has a decent public bath, which is unthinkable with the roughly $100 USD rate. Breakfast is in the ball room, with great variety.

A buffet breakfast is available daily at Liber Hotel Osaka for a fee. They gave me an amazing upgrade. I was very pleased with the room. The buffet was delicious we ate at the brick side on 3F. We stayed 3 nights and they changed and cleaned the room every day replacing all toiletries including toothbrushes. Was amazing clean. Our room have 6 separate single beds and a center area with tv and dinning area. 10 minute was from USJ.

Lots of bus routes and trains. The Shinkansen station is also there. Very big room and bathroom. Amazing water pressure and water is hot instantly. Such good showers ahhhh. Also love the PJs they give and if you need anything, a robot will deliver it to your room. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic as well. I’m so sad to be leaving this hotel!
