It was comfortable, clean, and in the perfect location. The staff was very friendly and helped us book tours, busses, and bicycles. She booked us a bus to Phong Nha and it turned out to be a really nice vip sleeper bus and was a great price (way cheaper than 12GO!). She even drove us to the bus station on her bike and waited with us until our bus arrived. The wifi was excellent. Breakfast comes with lots of fruit and the cinnamon pancakes were delicious!

The homestay is on a quiet street only a 10min walk to the middle of town, and there are also bikes you can borrow for free, which was very handy. The pool gets some nice afternoon sun and is clean. The best part of this homestay is the service. They picked us up at 4am from the bus station and let us check in early for a small fee. They also helped us craft our ideal itinerary for the 2 days we had there. They can help you find the perfect tour package if you want that, but they will also happily give you tips for exploring sites on your own. We booked the full-day paradise cave tour through them, which we really enjoyed. They also helped us arrange a motorbike and bus trip and let us pay for everything by credit card at the end. This family wants to do everything they can to make you comfortable, so you'll feel like you never want to leave. We couldn't recommend them more!

The overall level of support and services truly goes above and beyond. What made things even better was the location on a quiet back country road in the middle of rice fields, away from the rather touristy main town.

We were on the 16th floor and our room had a great view over the city. The room was huge and the bathroom was also large, it even had a separate bath. The staff were wonderful and nothing seemed too much trouble for them. For the price, this hotel is a spectacular bargain and comes highly recommended by us.
