Excellent location at the doorstep of the José María Velasco metrobus stop, and with a 10-15 minutes walk to the Barranca del Muerto metro station (orange line 7, which works really well). Great room with wonderful view. Nice kitchen and fridge to make you self-sufficient, and great bathroom as well. Free breakfast at reception in the morning. Also within walking distance of the Frida Kahlo museum and much of the rest of Coyoacán, including the nice Viveros park. Pharmacy downstairs and an Oxxo a few blocks south (on the same side of Insurgentes), which was very convenient.

This was a truly wonderful place to stay. It was literally 6-7 minutes walk to the main square and it was surrounded by a variety of cafes, restaurants and more. The room was spacious and the bathroom had everything needed. The hotel was clean and it was managed by very friendly staff. I want to thank the woman with the Hello Kitty glasses who helped me with a tech issue and let me borrow a laptop. I also want to thank the gentleman who stayed up into the early morning to let me in when my flight was debated several hours and I had to arrive much later than expected.

Everyone in the hotel was so helpful and kind, they all did go out of their way to assist us with any request. The hotel is under renovation however it’s very quiet at night. I can’t wait to see the hotel fully renovated. The location is in the old town part of the city blocks alway of zocalo.
