Absolutely wonderful. Just sorry we were only there 1 night. Ideal accommodation to get down to Victoria Resevoir for the seaplane or if you are a golfer. Lovely gardens with a very clean swimming pool, steam and sauna and also a jacuzzi. Location, room, food and all those we interacted with on site were exceptional. We were well looked after by the chefs Mr Anoora and Mr Benidict and also by barman/waiter Ayesh.

We had a wonderful stay, next time we stay a bit longer to enjoy all the fancy facilities of the property. Chaminda is a really lovely host, his communication is fantastic, sent lots of information before we checked in and was always on hand with help and recommendations from the moment we arrived in Sri Lanka, even helped organize taxis and restaurant recommendations before we even arrived in Kandy, we could not ask for more from a host. The villa is beautiful, with a green garden area with an open terrace and lounge. Among the facilities at this property are fully equipped kitchen facilities and guests can enjoy their own cooking free Wi-Fi throughout the property. If you are in Kandy and want a peaceful out of town stay, this villa is for you 👌

We absolutely loved the peaceful and serene surroundings of Liv House, which made it a perfect family getaway. This residence is exceptional. From arrival to departure all the staff were friendly willing to help and flexible. My partner and I enjoy an early coffee at our home and looked forward to something not Nescafe. Spoke to the kitchen guys, "no problem", 6am? No problem. Freshly brewed while I watched chopping of onions and grinding of fresh coconut. Nothing was a problem! Meals, hot, fresh tasty, varied. Breakfast and dinner both excellent. Nice pool liked by the children. Pretty garden. Second time in Sri Lanka and I guess I won't make it again in this life. Hopefully my children and their children will return to stay with the Surveyor's crew.

Ok, if you are a self-driver and you have to arrive at night at the hotel the road is very, let's say interesting 🤔🙂 But when you get there it is paradise. Best rooms, best food, best breakfast, not only nice and polite employees but as well very professional. We have been in many hotels. This was for sure one of the top 3 in Sri Lanka. Overall I think it was our favourite hotel during all stay off the coast. Thanks for everything.

Just fabulous home away from home a lovely clean villa with the most fantastic view The caretaker Ramya and her husband were very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay Will definitely be going back I had the most relaxing 3 days here and will stay longer next time The golf course is on your doorstep as is their restaurant but Ramya made us an excellent meal one of the nights

Every aspect of our stay was simply exceptional. The e villa caretakers Ramya and Bandara were extremely friendly, supportive and informative. Amazing views all round and plenty of birds around.
