The rooms are beautiful as shown in the pictures, offering spacious layouts with large balconies and comfortable bathrooms that offer great value for money. The soothing lighting setup enhances relaxation, and the common areas are well monitored with CCTV for added security. The villa's location is perfect, right in the heart of popular attractions. In addition, the staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place.

Our stay at Mountbatten Bungalows was perfect. We came at a full rest after touring Sri Lanka for about 2 weeks at the breathtaking (shaded ;-)) pool, in the beautiful garden and during the lovely diners/breakfast outside. I absolutely loved everything about this place! The location is perfect, surrounded by nature. The food prepared by the owner was delicious, and it made the experience even more special. The house and rooms were spotless and comfortable. Overall, it was an amazing stay, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The property owner Shawn is an excellent guy who guide me through the process since, I made the booking. He went out of the way to personally help me with whatever I needed to stay as comfortable as my own home. He has two lovely boys with pure lovely souls who keeps the place alive.The villa situated with a beautiful green sorounding with a great view of the Kandy mountains.so many colourful little birds withing the vicinity. Also Want to Thank Shawn for giving me the feel of home during my stay. Highly recommended for those who admire nature, peaceful stay with a great host.

Sati Villa is an amazing place, like a peace of heaven. Beautiful villa surrounded by nature, very quiet. We pass 2 nights at the villa with the kids and enjoyed each moment. The staff was perfect and they answer all our requests. The meals were taste, local specialities with twist to align with our needs.
