I recently completed a 12-day tour of Sri Lanka, and I can confidently say that this place was the highlight of my trip! It was by far the cleanest I've stayed in during my travels, with impeccable attention to detail that made my stay incredibly enjoyable. The value for money is outstanding, especially considering the level of service and comfort provided. The staff were absolutely amazing—friendly, accommodating, and genuinely eager to ensure that my experience was perfect. The small but beautifully maintained garden added a lovely touch to the ambiance, and the breathtaking views from the balcony were truly a sight to behold. I was pleasantly surprised when they offered to serve a free dinner instead of breakfast since we had to leave early in the morning. This thoughtful gesture really exemplified their commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, I would rate this place 10 out of 10! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sri Lanka—it's a gem that shouldn't be missed!

Fantastic hosts - communication was great and they really went above and beyond for us. The team are great and take care of everything. We travelled with 2 young children and they excelled at entertaining and catering for them - felt like a home away from home. Pool area is stunning with unbelievable views. Breakfasts and dinners were varied and delicious. We liked that the estate had history, charm and felt lived in. A wonderful stay with wonderful people. The breakfast was substantial and well prepared, as was dinner. The chef/kitchen went out of their way to provide tasty options for the vegetarians in our party and overall both the set menus as well as the "a la carte" fare that was on offer was very reasonably priced. The property grounds, swimming pool and other facilities were well maintained, the location brilliant, and views were magnificent. The surrounding streets/roads offered opportunities to walk and explore in truly lovely peaceful surroundings with a great ambiance. The quality of service and the speed of response by the staff was excellent. Definitely intend visiting again, if possible, with an even larger group.

Kandy Living is a hidden gem! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The property is located outside of the Kandy business and it a great place the retreat and relax. It takes about 15 mins with the TukTuk into Kandy. The food is delicious and we even got to watch the chef prepare the meals.
