So I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of Magdan guesthouse. It is located in a quite place not far from the centre. The view from the terrace is amazing. The room is pretty convinient, it even has some space to make the morning exercises. And it has its own bathroom. The only point was that it was impossible to open the window, but the fan makes its work, so it is not hot in the room. So it is a nice place, and I recommend it.

The villa has a picnic area where you can spend a day out in the open. The host was very polite and responsive. He met us at the house, showed everything and left the keys. The house itself is very big with very nice terrace. It was clean and filled with all you need to stay there even for a few weeks. There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Recommend to stay here if you go to view Kutaisi neighborhood.

Wonderful sunsets as you’re facing west, and very peaceful. The property was comfortable and felt spacious with the high ceilings and big windows. The garden is lovely. The owner was really helpful and super responsive. Would suggest double checking the correct address if using taxi services like bolt, as if you put 41 in it navigates elsewhere (weirdly seems to work best if you use 29 or Tamars classic house) Overall loved our stay here!

Immidiately they gave us free fruit when we reach the area. They are accomodating and provide us what we need. We are family of 4, there is swing and area outside the hotel where you can relax.👍👍👌Highly recommended.Super affordable. Only 5 minutes away to okatse canyon also nearby to Okatse waterfalls.
