Staff were very friendly and accommodating, I attended with my 2 children after powercuts and they couldn't have been more helpful - even giving us a complementary drink! The staff, very respecful, cheerful and willing to assist you promptly. My bad, I forgot to ask the name of the staff who gave a charger to my daughter and extended my checkout till 2 because my flight was at 4 pm. She was so willing to assist and very respectful and cordial. The rest of the staff was so good as well. I was happy with their attitude, they were all brilliant and friendly. Also the fact that you can book a taxi in the reception and dont need to bother about ringing up a taxi on your own is really handy.

The bloke who was there was very helpful and friendly. He made sure there was always breakfast items out in the morning and nothing was too much trouble for him. Close to train station and shop. Would stay here again.
