Will also try to stay here again when we go to Zagreb for a longer stay next time, since taking an uber from Zagreb city was very easy and it's very close to airport. And of course experience was all in all very pleasant so hope to be back. Super nice host, they even gave us a ride to the airport early morning/middle of the night Big and comfortable apartment.

My stay at Maple place was the most authentic experience of all 10 days I was in Croatia. The facilities were exactly what I needed and my hosts were extremely pleasant. They arranged to pick and drop me off at the airport and charged what I would have paid for a taxi or Uber, but without any hassle. Mainly I was stopping in Zagreb to get to the airport, this spot was perfect for that. There is a charm to the area and despite being close to some highway roads, I really liked the country feel.

The hosts are amazing! They were willing to take me to the airport (for a 10 Euro fee) at 4:30 am... This alone is worth a million dollars! But what I really truly appreciated is this: I took a taxi (not Uber, my first mistake) from the bus station in Zagreb to this location. The taxi driver tried to charge me 900+ kuna (over 150 USD) (the general rate would normally be near 200 kuna) Even the hosts were astounded at the audacity of this guy. They took over and got the taxi driver to reduce the fee to 300 kuna. I am ever thankful for their support in this matter. In addition to an amazing room (quiet and large) they offered me dinner too! I already had plans so I did not take them up on the offer, but was thankful that they had the option. These people are truly kind and care about their guests. The location near the airport and their willingness to drop me off there in the middle of the night and offer of dinner and willingness to challenge the driver for me speaks to this. I will certainly stay there next time! Thank you again for EVERYTHING!!!! YOU ARE AMAZING!

Set 1.5 km from Zagreb Airport, Hotel Royal Airport offers rooms in Velika Gorica. The hotel is at the distance of 10 km from Zagreb. The hotel is very near to the airport. Hotel also provides paid airport pickup and drop. Charges are also minimal. To go to the Zargreb center we took an Uber. It was also reasonable. Hotel rooms are small but neat and clean. And perfect for a short trip. Breakfast in the hotel is standard. Hotel also has a restaurant. Being a vegetarian in the restaurant there are not much options. However the veggie wok was fantastic.
