The bed was comfortable and had enough space to dress or even get up. The people were also so nice, you cant set up an alarm so they gave me a little alarm clock which vibrates so no problem at all.

Our big room for 4 person at the corner of 36th floor is big , with excellent view of town, many big thick window glass. The bathroom room is not so big but convenient with toilletres. Usual TV with japan channel. I think the gym and onsen were closed during our stay at the end of June,2023. The staff can speak good english. 1 hour subway to downtown Osaka. During check in,they asked if we need free shuttle bus to airport
