Grand Hyatt Incheon is a 5-star business hotel, just a 3 minutes’ drive away from Incheon International Airport Terminal 1 and a 15 minutes' drive away from Terminal 2. Stayed only one night between my flights and was absolutely pleased with the service. The room was spacious and very clean, I slept really well and had great time relaxing in a big bath. There is a bus shuttle to both terminals of Incheon airport so no need to call a taxi. Check out time is 11 am which is later than in most hotels and you can sleep a bit longer ☺️

The location is perfect, it took just 10 minutes to walk to incheon airport. Really easy, there is also a free shuttle. Perfect for an early morning by flight. It’s self check in & is very easy

It's a great pit stop if you have an early flight the next morning as there is also a free shuttle service you can use across the road. Would definitely stay again

After landing very late, I stayed there for one night. There was no issue with check-in late (after midnight). There is a free shuttle bus stop in front of the hotel. The amenities are in good shape. The fully equipped bathroom is a great addition. The bed itself is a futon style bed, which is OK. There is heating in the room, too. The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful.

It’s beautiful & Lux. The loo in the room was life changing! Bed was super comfortable & room service breakfasts were soo good This hotel is amazing & would happily stay here again it’s also super close to the airport with a free shuttle bus to & from the airport that runs regularly. The staff we interacted with were all amazing & helpful and thankfully spoke excellent English which was a lovely surprise as my Korean is limited to numbers, hello & thank you. We loved it here.
