The room was spacious and very clean. The room amenities are excellent. I got the feeling that I got lots more than the cost of the room. The dining hall is spacious and the variety of food impressive. The charges are less than expected. The breakfast buffet had a huge variety of food items. The location of the hotel is excellent.

The price is affordable and the neighbourhood and its surroundings are very calm, with a mini-market, a bakery (tasty pide) and a nice park right next to the building. The food joints within a 10 minutes walking radius from the appartment are so affordable it allows you to see how much you're getting ripped off for food at the center of the city.

Ideally situated in downtown Sivas, Sultan Hotel features a modern design, air-conditioned rooms and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. A beautiful well situated hotel centrally located. On our arrival we were offered Turkish coffee by the lovely lady at reception. So welcoming! She was also so helpful in arranging for a taxi the next morning. Her English was excellent! Our Turkish very poor unfortunately! The rest of the staff were very kind as well. We stayed in the suite with a bath which was so lovely to relax in after our long train ride from Samsun. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and both times the food was delicious and fresh. Thank you Sultan Hotel!
