Wonderful hotel in the heart of Larnaca! Highly recommend for any trips - leisure and business. Enough space for two and the combination of price and quality is one of the best I've seen. Quite spacious room, clean, refurbished and modern. Large balcony, modern TV, refrigerator, everything for tea and coffee. The room was cleaned every day, towels changed every day. The building has an elevator, easy self check-in, mini safe for keys. Several mini markets within walking distance. Narotiv is a small coffee shop with very tasty coffee. Larnaca seafront is 5 minutes walk. To the airport 15 euros and 10 minutes by taxi. You can smoke on the balcony! Great hotel, recommended to all my friends.

The hotel was great, lovely staff who were helpful and location was good, very peaceful, 10min walk from Finkoudous beach. has a supermarket nearby with most of the restaurant around a 10min walk away. Wi-Fi and AC worked great. A great place to stay and would definitely recommend it. TVs had screen mirroring so could mirror my phone. has a nice little rooftop pool and room had a lovely balcony. Thank you to all the staff :)

The apartments are really nice, super comfortable for 6 people - 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The terrace is amazing - there is a big table for 6 people and one more cozy small table with a sofa and chairs. There was not hot even in the middle of sunny day. We liked it! The kitchen is very convenient - it contains everything you need: a big fridge, a dishwasher, a washing machine, utensils - everything you could need. We were with 3 kids (4-7 y.o.), it took us 7-10 minutes to go to the nearest beach, so it's enough close. Also I'd like to mention that the place is really quiet, spotless (we were there 10 days, the cleaning lady visited us 2 times during our stay).

Very spacious apartment. The location is not in the top center, but still very convenient. The host was very helpful and I can't understand the complains related to difficulties with the place finding. The explanation that were sent by the host were very helpful. We arrived late in the evening with two kids and didn't face any problems.
