Mostly everything :) + Starting with very good and prompt communication in advance + Nice welcome upon arrival by Eloise + Kindly fulfilled request to provide a room with a bathtub + Very well equiped compact kitchen + Spacious, newly decorated and clean room + Fast Wifi connection. I had to perform some online meetings during the stay, I was able to work without interuptions + Perfect location to access airport by direct tram, bus stop to go to Monaco or else, walking distance to famous places in old town including beach, grocery store is also on the other side of street. Would definitely choose same place on my next journey to Nice.

They are so helpful in everything especially when our early flight was cancelled , they let us stay with them again with our room prepared and cleaned... Neko is a great hostess, very kind and outspoken yet very discreet. The apartment was clean and well located. Neko is making her own furniture which gives a lot of cachet to the place. I can only recommend the place :)

We liked everything in the apartment. It had everything as stated on the Booking. The location is perfect, you are 5 minutes from Messena Square, the beach, and the tram. When I visit Nice again, I would like to stay in this apartment. The staff is great, they answer anything you need in seconds. If necessary, they are created in 5 minutes. Great accommodation. Lovely spacious apartment in a wonderful location - at the edge of the old town, minutes from the beach and the main shopping street, with a bakery next door and a large supermarket a few minutes walk away. Multiple restaurants and bars in walking distance. The apartment building is on a main road but the apartment itself is far at the back of the building, so quiet and secure. No views from the windows but this was no problem as we were out all day. One easy flight of steps and smooth corridors to the apartment. The toilet and bathroom are separate and the shower is good. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is full size and well appointed. The host was great and answered any questions quickly. We had a car but street parking is very hard to find and we parked in the Promenade des Arts paid parking, a few minutes walk away.

Everything was superlative. The location is exceptional, two to three minutes from the beach, right next to the tram station, with the possibility of reaching anywhere in the city. It is located in an inner courtyard, being very quiet. There is a market 100 m away. Impeccable cleanliness. The apartment is equipped with everything you need (including beach umbrellas), everything is new. We will be back with love as soon as possible.
