The whole place was done up so nicely, all our needs were met and breakfast was bountiful and wel prepared. It is in a great location within easy walking to town, beach and train.

Decorated to a very high standard and spotlessly clean.sean was an amazing host answering all my questions and managed to get us checked in earlier.location just over thr road from the beautiful beach and a short wall into town. Really good breakfast, Richard & Jason lovely friendly hosts, nothing to much trouble made us very welcome, in a quiet area which is nice, had room at top which had a sea view good sized bathroom with everything you need, shower gel, shampoo etc would stay again

Everything was great through out great staff at reception very helpful had no problems with the accomodation the family fully enjoyed there stay😁👌

Villa Alto Prestige Holiday Home, a property with a bar, is located in Chapel Saint Leonards, 1.5 km from Ingoldmells Beach, 8.4 km from Skegness Butlins, as well as 10 km from Skegness Pier. We have just returned from a 3 night stay, it exceeded our expectations on value, location and facilities on the site. The property was spotlessly clean. We will definitely be booking this accommodation again soon hopefully 😃 my only regret was we didn't book for longer. The site is actually like a little village and everyone was so friendly and welcoming
