The hotel is very well run and beautiful. I know it’s not truly in the real jungle but it gave us a good taste of it with a nice level of comfort. They planned the excursions for us and timed it very well. We didn’t feel rush or exhausted. All the guides were very knowledgeable and spotted many wildlife during our excursions. We saw capybaras, caymans, river otters, many types of birds and red howler monkeys!! The food was also amazing, three courses every meal! Lastly, all the staff were very friendly and professionally! It was an amazing experience!

With garden views, Sotupa Eco Lodge is situated in Puerto Maldonado and has a restaurant, a concierge service, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace. Guide Cero was amazing. He made our stay an amazing experience.

The accommodation has everything you need. The host family was very helpful with everything such as booking tours, taxis, meals etc. They made us feel right at home in the jungle. We even saw a sloth, monkeys and macaws very close to our lodge!

The whole place was created in the heart of the jungle preserving the nature and not interrupting the natural habitat. During your stay you can surely spot wildlife. Imagine waking up to the beautiful sounds of the jungle, hear the monkeys, birds on all other animals. The food was really amazing, so good and all natural, products from local farmers! So delicious! The staff are a group of locals who are extremely friendly and helpful! On the top of that, the owners are just amazing people, we have never met somebody with such a great attitude to life. We surely felt like home, even though we were in the middle of the jungle. Highly recommend!

Who could imagine a stay in the Amazon could be so comfortable?? The staff in the lodge were friendly and welcoming. The activities in the rainforest went beyond expectations. The staff has put so much work to create paths in the jungle that look natural and make the activities accessible to everybody. Each activity was a unique experience and the fact that this lodge is the last one deep in the Amazon jungle gives you a chance to be as close as it's safe to the wildlife. The guides were all knowledgeable and friendly. Especially, Urbano, he's a star, he could spot animals from a distance and cared about showing it to each person in the group! Also, smiley Victor and lovely Maria. Thank you all for giving us unforgettable tours and making us feel like home in the jungle! And last but not least, we also enjoyed some relaxed days at the lodge hanging out with Jennifer the monkey!! Located only 3.5 hours from Puerto Maldonado city. (One hour by bus and 2.5 hrs by boat) This lodge is the only one inside the National Reserve of Tambopata. Free WiFi is featured. It was by far one of the best Trips we ever made. The whole experience , the staff and the biologists did a great Job to give the best experience someone could get. We will surely come Back. Located in the heart of the Tambopata Candamo National Reserve, Wasai Tambopata Lodge offers its guests Amazon Expeditions and free WiFi access. Fishing trips can also be arranged in the area. Wasai Lodge completely exceeded our expectations on every level. The staff were so kind and friendly, the rooms were fabulous right on the river with very comfortable beds. Food was amazing with a huge amount of variety. Our guide, Efrain, was so knowledgeable, engaging, funny and made our trip even more fantastic - he was born to be an Amazon tour guide!! Clem who runs the lodge was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay and was always on hand to answer questions. We felt very safe during our stay. This is an amazing lodge and would highly recommend it!

Situated in Puerto Maldonado, La Habana Conservation Area offers accommodation with a balcony. There is a fully equipped private bathroom with shower and free toiletries. Despite being in the jungle, the internet connection is awesome (StarLink connection!). The staff was very helpful. And Moncho is super cool, you will like him!
