Bright bedside lights, not every place has them. Good for me because I like to read in bed.
Under cover parking in a safe place.
Everything was more than satisfactory.
Just 164 feet from Maroochydore Beach, Beach on Sixth features a heated pool, fitness center and a spa. A private balcony with partial or full ocean views is standard in all apartments.

Lived near Maroochydore, was nice staying along the River so nice, great walking/riding path along the river. A 2- 5 minute walk to the local small shopping centre IGA, Seafood shop and The Bridge Hotel that had meals where we ate Twice during our stay. A popular coffee next door to our accommodation for breakfast and dinners. Unfortunately we didn’t get to eat there. Bus stop out the front of our accom on Bradman over for buses to Maroochydore Plaza a major shopping complex and food area. Or an easy 8 minute drive. Easy access to The Motorway to either Sunshine Coast Airport or up to Noosa or down to Mooloolaba, Kawana or Caloundra by the Motorway.

We haven’t visited the Coast as often as we see to but caught up with many places this last trip.
Maroochydore is much the same but more built up than used to be.
Made a trip to Sea Life and then we were going to have lunch at The Wharfe but were very disappointed in the Wharfe. Far too congested these days so we didn’t stay. We bought a delicious lunch along near the River and thoroughly enjoyed our time there .

Maroochydore is a bustling town.
Maroochydore is a bustling town. Beautiful river views and family friendly parks. We spent much of our time walking along the river and enjoying the views. There are many water sports to participate in. The Sunshine Plaza has an array of shops and eateries suitable for everyone.

We loved Maroochydore as it is more relaxed and not quite as touristy as Maloolaba. There are great shops and malls nearby and many cafés and restaurants within walking distance. There is an aquatic centre, bowling greens, sports clubs etc., all in easy distance. It is an easy drive to get to the motorway north or south and Noosa etc., is under an hours drive away. The marina/wharf and seafood restaurants are only a few minutes drive. Cotton Tree is a lovely little area with great cafés and shops and it's nice to have both the estuary and beach to choose from. There is a wonderful camping/holiday park right on the estuary in the heart of the village. The Alex Bluff Bar is great for live music, food and drinks and the Boat Shed riverside restaurant/bar is great for a relaxed afternoon meal by the river.

Cotton Tree is an excellent location for a short or long beach stay. No need to drive anywhere. Lots of cafes, restaurants, shops and other amenities in central street, which also has a Sunday market.
Loved the location. Close to the lovely small shopping centre of Cotton Tree with all that we needed. The beach just a few steps away. Great for sunrise walks and an early morning coffee at the little kiosk or a swim. Location was quiet away from main roads. We really enjoyed our stay at our Coral Sea Apartment which was well equiped, spacious and comfortable. We were well looked after by Pim, and would certainly return.
Fantastic little house for our family of three. We stayed 6 nights and found the place very well equipped for our stay. Very functional and well thought out. Nice quiet street with river walk nearby and a short drive to a lot of what Maroochydore has on offer. Great host too who was very responsive and ready to help if needed - although we didn't need to contact them for anything.
Excellent premises that offers everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday, awesome friendly and helpful staff, awesome facilities, we certainly had everything and more in our apartment, very comfortable, clean and modern apartments, highly recommend to checkout this property . It is at the top of my list to stay when we next holiday in Australia. Thank you
Very convenient location for access to the patrolled section of Maroochydore Beach - right behind the hotel and you could walk through the hotel grounds to the beach access. Short walk to Cotton Tree with its restaurants, cafes and shops. Approximately 20 min walk to Ocean Street for bars and restaurants.
Verve on Cotton Tree was in a great location within walking distance of the beach and places to eat. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable and very well equipped. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked great.
The location was so amazing. Unit 35 on level 9 was very good for view. The living area was spacious. The bedrooms where comfortable. The bathroom & toilet areas need to be updated. The apartments where very quiet.
Waves is an exceptional place. Staff are always friendly and the accommodation is superb. We've been multiple times and stayed in different apartments, each equally fantastic. You can't beat the view!
Amazing spacious place that is great for families with kids both young and old. Great location so easy to hang out on the beach then come home for lunch. Easy access to footpaths for morning exercise.
The location of the hotel was great, just a few mins away from the airport. Also, we were checking in late but we still got help during check in which was very nice. The room itself was clean and big.
The location was pretty good, not a huge walking distance and plenty of busses around. It was cheap and right in the middle of the scale. It's not the greatest but for the price It is worth it.
Loved the location so close to cotton tree shops and the beach and bay right there, our view from the balcony was beautiful. The main bedroom had the biggest wardrobe I have seen in a apartment
Close to beaches & centre. All we needed. Clean. Tea/coffee facilities & plates, cups etc. Everything you need for a stay. We would stay again even for a week. Cheap rates.
